专利说明:
The invention relates to an aerial platform. The aerial platforms, and more generally mobile elevating platforms (MEWPs), comprise a platform mounted on elevation means for working at height. During the winter season, work can be done in low light conditions, which involves the use of lighting. It is known, particularly from DE-A-29 24 820, to equip a lifting platform with an attachable lighting projector on the railing of the platform to illuminate with a high intensity the area or objects on which the work must be done. Such a projector, known for example from JP-A-2012/158286, is bulky and is exposed to shocks due to its mounting on the guardrail. In addition, such a projector does not allow a comfort lighting, that is to say a lighting allowing the person on the platform to correctly direct the movements of the platform relative to its environment and to distinguish the inside the platform itself and the objects that can be stored there, the platform itself being kept in the shadows. It is these drawbacks that the invention intends to remedy by proposing a new aerial platform, the access and comfort of working in low light conditions is improved. For this purpose, the invention relates to a lifting platform including a lower part equipped with ground connection members; a platform comprising a floor partially surrounded by a railing in which is formed an access zone, and a lifting structure carrying the platform. This platform is characterized in that the platform is equipped with a lighting system, other than driving lights, adapted to illuminate at least partly an interior space of the platform, including at least the access area. Thanks to the invention, people having access to the nacelle and perform work can do so sufficiently comfortable and safe in low light. According to advantageous but non-mandatory aspects of the invention, such a lifting platform may incorporate one or more of the following features, taken in any technically permissible combination: - The lighting system of the platform comprises a first lighting device comprising at least one of the following: minus a light source provided on a part of the guardrail remote from the platform's working areas, and emitting a light beam directed towards the inside of the platform; - The platform comprises a control panel mounted on the part of the railing away from the work areas, and in that the light source of the first lighting device is fixed on the control panel; - The first lighting device is also adapted to illuminate the immediate environment of the platform so that an operator present on the platform is able to move the platform relative to the lower part in a non enlightened ; - The first lighting device illuminates the immediate environment of the platform located at the same height from the ground as the platform and in a horizontal direction, to a distance from the platform at least equal to two meters; - The platform comprises a control panel, and in that the lighting system of the platform comprises a second lighting device adapted to illuminate the control console; - The control panel comprises a folding protective cover, whose inner side includes reflecting surfaces, adapted to diffuse on the control panel the light produced by the second lighting device when the protective cover is in a raised position giving access to the control console; - The second lighting device comprises at least one light source fixed on the control panel; - The platform includes a third lighting device adapted to illuminate the immediate environment of the platform located under the platform; - The third lighting device comprises at least one light source fixed under a floor of the platform; - Activation of the lighting system of the platform is remotely controllable from the bottom part; - The lower part is equipped with a control console from which the activation of the lighting system of the platform is controlled, and the control console of the lower part is equipped with a lighting device of this desk control. The invention will be better understood and other advantages thereof will appear more clearly in the light of the description which follows, of a lifting platform according to its principle, given by way of non-limiting example with reference to the drawings. attached, in which: - Figure 1 is a perspective view of an aerial platform according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a platform of the aerial platform of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of detail III in FIG. 2 showing a control console of the platform of the FIG. 2; - Figure 4 is a side view of the platform of Figure 2. In Figure 1 is shown a lifting platform 1 comprising a lower part including a frame 3 equipped with connecting members on the ground, such as wheels or caterpillars. The lower part also comprises a turret 5 movable in rotation with respect to the chassis 3 along an axis perpendicular to the axes of rotation of the wheels, an elevating structure 7 and a platform 9, shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, supported by the lifting structure 7. The platform 9 comprises a grid floor 90 surrounded by a guard rail 92. The railing 92 comprises an upper tube parallel to the grid floor 90 and formed by four sections including a rear section 92a, of great length and located on the opposite side to the connection of the lifting structure 7 on the platform 9. An access zone 93 is preferably formed on the side of the rear section 92a. The upper tube also includes a front section 92b opposite the rear section 92a, and oriented toward the elevating structure 7. Between the sections 92a and 92b, two side sections 92c and 92d complete the upper tube. In a variant not shown, the access zone 93 may be formed on the side of one of the lateral sections 92c and 92d. In the configuration of use of the pod 1, the operator or operators use a working zone located on the side of sections 92a, 92c and 92d. These parts of the railing 92 are exposed to shock and dirt. The access zone 93 is formed by a mobile part 92f of a horizontal bar 92e of the railing 92, this mobile part 92f being adapted to be raised and allow the entry of a person on the platform 9. In a variant not shown, the access zone 93 may be formed by a gate hinged relative to the guard rail 92. The platform 9 is equipped with a control panel 94 for controlling the aerial platform 1, in particular the movements of the platform 9 relative to the chassis 3, and which is mounted in the center of the front section 92b of the railing 92. The terms "back" and "front" are used with reference to the fact that when an operator is in front of the control desk 94, the section 92d of the railing 92 is behind him. According to the invention, the platform 9 is equipped with a lighting system other than driving lights, adapted to illuminate at least partly an interior space E of the platform 9, that is to say the volume delimited by the railing, including at least a portion of the access area 93, so that an operator lying outside the platform 9 can locate it in the dark and access it without danger, and to facilitate the work of operators on the platform in low light conditions. For this purpose, the lighting system of the platform 9 comprises a first illumination device comprising at least one light source, provided on a part of guard rail 92 remote from the working zone, and directed inwardly of the platform 9. The intensity of illumination provided by the first lighting system is medium or low, that is to say preferably between one and five lux to two meters. In the example shown, the first lighting device comprises two light sources 100 and 101 such as for example light-emitting diodes (hereinafter LED) fixed on the control panel 94 and which illuminate the inner zone E of the platform 9, the access area 93 of the platform 9 forming light beams F1 and F2. In FIG. 4, the beams F1 and F2 coincide. The beams F1 and F2 are directed in a horizontal direction, towards an outer side of the aerial platform 1, that is to say in the direction of section 92a. Advantageously, the light sources 100 and 101 are adapted so that the beams F1 and F2 illuminate the entire section 92a. The fact that the light sources 100 and 101 are provided on the control panel 94 prevents their exposure to possible shocks, because they are not on the sides of the railing 92 corresponding to the sections 92a, 92c and 92d, where shocks with an external element are likely to occur. The integration of the light sources 100 and 101 on the control panel 94 makes it possible to minimize the length of cables required for their power supply. The light sources 100 and 101 are each fixed under a flange 941 of the control panel 94, to be protected from shocks coming from above. The platform 9 further comprises mechanical structures for protecting the light sources 100 and 101, formed for example by metal bars 106 and 107 arranged around the control panel 94 and connectable to the guard rail 92. The first lighting device also illuminates the immediate environment of the platform 9 so that an operator present on the platform 9 is able to make displacements of the platform 9 relative to the frame 3 and the turret 5 in an unlit environment. In other words, the lighting system is adapted to illuminate at a medium or low intensity around the platform 9 so as to identify a possible obstacle sufficiently early. The beams F1 and F2 make it possible, for example, to illuminate a vertical wall M located in the immediate environment of the platform 9, so that the operator controlling the displacement of the platform 9 with respect to the chassis 3 can ensure platform 9 does not hit wall M in the dark. The maximum speed of movement of the platform 9 relative to the ground is generally limited to 0.7 meters per second when the lifting structure 7 is unfolded. The light beams F1 and F2 are adapted to illuminate the immediate environment of the platform 9 to a predetermined distance from the platform 9, for example two meters. This distance and an intensity of illumination of between 1 and 5 lux at two meters are sufficient to immobilize the platform 9 before an obstacle. The lifting movements of the platform are carried out at a maximum speed of 0.4 m / s, and the rotation of the turret 5 is at a maximum speed of 0.7 km / h. Such lighting is distinguished from a work light, which illuminates a specific area with a strong intensity, that is to say at least equal to twenty lux to two meters allowing an operator to perform a specific task, or a driving light, adapted to illuminate the environment on the ground in front of the chassis of a vehicle when moving, and not the immediate environment of the vehicle, which remains in the dark. The first lighting device is not used in a displacement configuration with respect to the ground with the lifting structure 7 folded, because the speed is higher and requires driving lights. The lighting system of the platform 9 also comprises a second lighting device adapted to illuminate the control panel 94. The control panel 94 includes indicator lights, switches and one or more manual control members 94a, 94b and 94c allowing the control of the functions of the platform 1. The control panel 94 must be usable by an operator in the platform 9 in low light. The second lighting device comprises for this purpose at least one light source fixed on the control panel 94. In the example shown, the second lighting device comprises two light sources 104 and 105 fixed on the control panel. 94, on both sides of a central island 95. The control panel 94 advantageously comprises a folding protective cover 96 for protecting the control members and the other components outside the ranges of use of the aerial platform 1. The cover 96 is shown open in FIGS. 3. An inner face of the folding cover 96 includes reflecting surfaces 97 facing the light sources 104 and 105 so that the reflecting surfaces 97 diffuse the light produced by the light sources 104 and 105 on the control desk 94, as represented by the luminous fluxes F3 and F4 in FIG. 3, which enables the operator to distinguish the control panel 94 in a sufficiently clear manner to consult the state of the machine and to use the switches and control members Manual in low brightness configuration. The lighting system also comprises a third lighting device adapted to illuminate the immediate environment of the platform 9 located under the platform 9. This third lighting device advantageously comprises a light source 103, such as for example an LED. , which projects a light beam F5 directed downwards and making it possible to illuminate an obstacle situated under the platform 9, for example a roof T of a building in the vicinity of which the aerial platform 14 is used. The light source 103 is preferably fixed under the floor 90. The three lighting devices described above can be equipped, instead of LEDs, with other types of light sources, and include different numbers of light sources while performing the same functions. The lighting system of the platform 9 may incorporate only the first lighting device or only the second lighting device. Optionally, the lower part is also equipped with a control console 50, provided for example on one side of the turret 5, accessible by a person on the ground, and in particular allowing the start of the aerial platform 1 , and the control of certain movements of the platform 9 in case of emergency. The control desk 50 is provided with a lighting device 52, which may include one or more light sources such as LEDs. From the control console 50, an operator can decide to transfer the control of the platform 1 to the control panel 94 of the platform 9, which will activate the lighting of the platform 9 so that the operator can to access. Indeed, for aerial work platforms whose elevating structure 7 is of great length, the operator may have to travel several meters to access the platform 9. In such a case, the lighting of part of the platform 9 allows the operator to easily navigate in the dark to the platform 9, locate the access area 93 and access it. The invention is not limited to a lifting turret and articulated boom as shown in this example, and also applies to all types of aerial work platforms, including telescopic boom lifting structures, chisel and mast vertical and the nacelles mounted on a truck frame or a trailer frame. A person on the platform and to direct the maneuver of the platform and the aerial platform in height or in relation to the ground is able to distinguish possible obstacles in the environment close to the nacelle. According to a not shown embodiment of the invention, the first and second lighting devices can be one and constitute a single lighting device adapted to both illuminate the access area to the platform, l external environment and the control console. The features of the embodiments and variants described above may be combined to form new embodiments of the invention.
